Service Staff

Jobs Roles & Responsibilities: Provides visitors with an experiential and educational experience through multimedia and interactive kiosks. When leading a tour, the Staff must be engaging and able to hold the attention of the visitors. Starting up (at the beginning of the day), operating, and shutting down (at the end of the day) multi-media systems; Tracking of visitorship: Provide reports on daily, weekly, monthly and annual visitorship.

Simple analysis of visitorship Provide information to visitors when manning the counter Handle public enquiries Assist with tour bookings Assist and coordinate visits Facility checks Other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirements Jobs Requirements: O Level Education Effectively proficient in English First aid certified and AED trained.
