Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle School Girl's Basketball Coach to lead our team and foster a positive, competitive environment. Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective practice plans that enhance players' skills and understanding of the game. Mentor student-athletes in both athletic performance and personal growth. Organize and conduct team meetings, practices, and games while ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Collaborate with school administration and parents to promote the basketball program.

Monitor student-athlete academic progress and provide guidance as necessary. Foster teamwork, discipline, and respect among players while encouraging a love for the sport. Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Manage game strategies and make real-time decisions during competitions.

Experience Proven experience in coaching basketball at the middle school level or higher is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff. Organizational skills to manage schedules, practices, and team logistics efficiently. Experience working with students in an educational or athletic setting is essential.

Background in curriculum development or instructional design is a plus. Familiarity with classroom management techniques to maintain discipline during practices and games is beneficial. Knowledge of behavior management strategies to support diverse learning needs within the team is advantageous.
