Powerline / Lineman Division Manager
Job description
Description Cascade Process Controls is hiring a Powerline / Lineman Division Manager that owns the full P&L, safety performance, and growth of Cascade’s powerline services division. This role builds and runs distribution and overhead/underground line construction crews serving utilities, electric cooperatives, midstream operators, and industrial end users.
The Manager is accountable for crew productivity, equipment utilization, customer relationships, and margin — and for integrating powerline work with Cascade’s existing Instrumentation & Electrical, Fiber/HDD, Line Service, and Valve Service lines.
