The YMCA in Silver Spring is looking for a hands-on Facility Maintenance Manager to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and staff.

What You'll Do

Handle routine building maintenance and repairs. Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance operations. Supervise and support housekeeping and maintenance staff. Coordinate outside contractors and preventive maintenance. Help keep our facility safe, clean, and ready for members.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of building or facility maintenance experience. Basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and repair skills. Dependable, organized, and able to work independently. Supervisory experience is a plus. Pool certification and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Great Benefits! Annual Salary: $45,000–$50,000 10% YMCA retirement contribution (subject to eligibility).
