ServiceNow Administrator

Empath Health is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service. Now Administrator to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will manage, configure, and maintain the Service. Now platform while supporting its integration across a complex healthcare organization. This position offers the opportunity to work across Service.

Now administration, workflow automation, system integrations, IT service management, and regulatory compliance while partnering with IT, clinical, and business teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and collaborative, with the ability to translate organizational needs into scalable Service.

Now solutions while ensuring platform reliability, security, and alignment with ITIL and ITSM best practices. Location: Remote – must reside in the Eastern or Central time zone.

What You'll Do

Administer and maintain the Service. Now platform, including users, roles, groups, permissions, and overall platform configuration Configure and support Service. Now modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITSM, and SPM Partner with technical teams to integrate Service. Now with key healthcare systems, including HRIS and financial platforms, to support seamless data exchange and workflow automation Develop, test, and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, automation scripts, and platform customizations aligned with ITIL and ITSM methodologies Continuously evaluate and improve Service.

Now processes to enhance service delivery, incident response, change management, and operational efficiency Monitor platform performance, apply upgrades and patches, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure system reliability and availability Support compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare regulatory requirements related to data privacy, security, and auditability Provide technical support, training, and knowledge transfer to clinical, business, and IT users while maintaining thorough documentation of platform configurations, integrations, customizations, and ITSM processes Why Join Empath Health?

What You'll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent related experience Demonstrated expertise configuring, implementing, and integrating Service. Now ITSM, SPM, and Service Catalog modules Strong understanding of Service. Now administration, configuration, workflow development, and ITSM best practices Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies used for Service.

Now platform customization Experience with integration tools, APIs, and connecting Service. Now with enterprise systems preferred Service. Now Administrator certification preferred ITIL Foundation certification or higher preferred Additional certifications in IT service management, project management, or program leadership preferred Unified in empathy, we serve our communities through extraordinary Full Life Care for All.
