What We Offer

Real money: $70,000 – $90,000 per year ($35 – $39/hour based on experience) with regular overtime available. The Work You’ll Do: (and actually enjoy) Keep heavy forklifts, hostlers, and terminal vehicles in top shape Tackle air, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems with confidence Weld, fabricate, and problem-solve on the spot Perform preventative maintenance that prevents downtime and keeps the terminal flowing Jump in wherever the team needs you—every day is different What You Bring: At least 2 years of real diesel or heavy equipment experience Your own hand tools (we give you a generous yearly tool allowance) Solid understanding of air brakes, electrical, hydraulics, and diesel engines Valid driver’s license and a clean-enough record to pass a standard 7-year background check and drug screen No diploma needed—your work history and ability do the talking The Lifestyle: You’ll work outdoors, stay active, and see the direct results of your hands every shift.
