Director of HRIS

Under the general direction of the Exec. Director of FP&A, the Director of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) oversees the strategic administration, optimization, and advancement of the Enterprise’s workforce technology systems, labor analytics, workforce planning initiatives, and HR data management processes.

This position is responsible for aligning HRIS technology, labor management strategies, workforce analytics, and operational reporting with Enterprise financial objectives, operational efficiency initiatives, and long-term workforce planning goals.
