Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority Position: Live In Tenant Assistant
- BUCHTEL/COTTER Reports to: Property Manager Pay: $112.50 bi-monthly stipend Job Responsibilities: ( Hours: Evenings/Weekends/Holiday’s) *Monitors condition of building *Assists with special functions *Assists in facilitating move-ins and move outs *Responds to tenant emergencies after regular hours *Various other duties The Successful Candidate will receive a rent-free 2 bedroom apartment and a bi-monthly stipend for services provided.
