• West Palm Beach, FL, Position Type: Part Time, Education Level: Doctoral, Salary Range: $850.00 - $1825.00Salary, SUMMARY The School of Education & Behavioral Studies is seeking adjunct faculty to online courses in Leadership and Behavioral Science and/or master-level courses in Ethics and Organizational Behavior. The position requires a strong commitment to the Christian faith, as well as excellence in teaching, scholarly research, and service. The School of Education and Behavioral Studies prepares highly competent, Christ-centered teachers who view education through the lens of whole person development. Qualifications

EDUCATION

Doctorate degree required, or equivalent experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

PhD, EdD, or PsyD degree with research experience. Demonstrated expertise in the discipline. Prior collegiate-level teaching experience, preferred. Commitment to teaching excellence and service to the college, university, and community. Demonstrated Christian commitment and the ability to integrate faith into coursework. POSITION DETAILS The position is a part-time position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Delivers the established content of the course meeting all course objectives. Communicates with students via announcements, email, Canvas inbox/messaging. Actively teaches asynchronously by guiding course discussions online Conducts voluntary attendance online synchronous sessions (typically 2 per course) (online courses).

Grades student work (which may include, but is not limited to assignments, quizzes, discussions, research papers, and projects) in a timely manner and in accordance with any established rubrics. Meet virtually with students, as needed. Performs other duties related to the administration of the course (e.g., attendance verification).
