Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

This is a remote position. The ideal Full-time Transaction Coordinator candidate should possess proactive communication skills, the ability to work independently, be detail-oriented, loyal, committed to working hours, and consistently meet deadlines. They should also be a problem solver and open to collaboration.

Responsibilities

Manage the full contract-to-close process accurately and efficiently Intake and open new contracts; enter into transaction and compliance systems Thoroughly review contracts and ensure all documentation is received, accurate, and complete Send summaries and updates to agents and clients Communicate with all parties (agents, lenders, title, associations, etc.)

via email, phone, and text Follow up to ensure timelines and deadlines are met Handle compliance-related tasks and documentation audits Edit and schedule branded social media templates as needed Qualifications: Prior experience as a Transaction Coordinator or Assistant TC (required) Background in real estate and familiarity with contracts, documents, and transactional language Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and organized Proactive, reliable, and capable of managing deadlines independently Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote team environment Proven experience working graveyard or overnight shifts Tools: MLS platforms (e.

g., Northstar MLS, general MLS access) CRM & transaction platforms: Follow Up Boss, Skyslope, Dotloop, Zip. Forms, Paperless Pipeline, Open To Close (OTC), Realty Back Office, and Glide Project management and compliance tools: Re. Zen, SISU, Asana, Forms R US Communication & productivity: Google Workspace/Suite, Docu.
