Lead Direct Support Professional: Indigo | 7am-7pm (36 Hours) | Grand Rapids, MI
Job description
The Lead Direct Support Professional (Lead DSP) provides leadership, guidance, and direct support to individuals served while assisting with daily program operations. This role promotes independence, implements person-centered care plans, supports health and wellness needs, and serves as a resource for staff on shift.
The Lead DSP also assists with training, scheduling, compliance, on-call responsibilities, and administrative support to help ensure high-quality services and a positive team environment.
