Garden of Eden/ Vault Bartender

Job Title: Vault Bartender Division: Food and Beverage Reports to: Bar Operations Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Prepare and serve a variety of drinks and cocktails. Creates a very warm and welcoming environment for quests. Interact with guests, taking drink orders and making recommendations. Ensure all guests are of legal drinking age and adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area and assist with stocking supplies as needed. Process payments accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain knowledge of menu changes and promotions. Willing to help out colleagues with other duties when needed Requirements: Bartending experience a must Ability to work weekends is a must Strong knowledge of mixology and bartending techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system TIPS/RAMPS certification preferred Must be at least 21 years of age Must be available to work weekends
