Senior Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Masterto joinGOSP Digital Factory team, with the following responsibilities:

• Supporting an Agile squad in carrying out development activities by applying the SCRUM methodology.
• Supporting the Product Owner in the development and maintenance of the backlog.
• Constantly monitoring and improving the effectiveness of the adopted methodologies.
• Constantly supporting the team in the monitoring of the velocity, also collaborating with technical leads/stakeholders to ensure that it is adequate to the backlog fulfilment needs.
• Supporting effective and clear communication between squad members and technical stakeholders.
• Preparing and managing the planning as well as steering committees with the main stakeholders.
• Establishing him/herself as a single point of contact for the Business Units.
