Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager (PE), Water Resources/Stormwater

Halff is seeking a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our growing Water Resources/Stormwater Engineering team in South Austin. In this leadership role, you will drive the delivery of impactful water resources & stormwater projects across South Texas—leading hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, drainage and watershed planning, FEMA floodplain studies, and early-stage stormwater infrastructure design for both public and private clients.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (ABET-accredited). PE license in Texas. 5–10 years of experience in water resources/public works projects, including stormwater and drainage design. Familiarity with XP-SWMM and/or Info. Works ICM (preferred). Established client relationships in South Texas (a plus)
