Design Lead

About the Role

You'll own and elevate the CustomerLabs website experience—from redesign strategy and information architecture to high-converting pages, scalable design systems, and implementation quality. You'll also mentor designers and keep design execution aligned with business and user outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end website design and continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute website redesigns that improve usability, engagement, and experience.
• Design responsive, modern pages aligned with the CustomerLabs brand.
• Translate business goals into strong website experiences with Marketing, Content, Engineering, and Leadership.
• Create information architecture, user flows, navigation, page layouts, landing pages, campaign pages, and solution pages.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components in Figma.
• Partner with frontend developers for accurate implementation and review shipped designs.
• Use analytics and user feedback to continuously improve the website.
• Mentor junior designers, run design reviews, and maintain a high quality bar. Must-Have
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, website design, or digital experience design.
• Strong experience with corporate, B2B SaaS, or marketing websites.
• Proven experience leading website redesign projects from concept to launch.
• Strong portfolio of website and responsive design work.
• Strong understanding of usability, responsive design, accessibility, and modern UI patterns.
• Experience with scalable design systems and reusable components.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor designers. Success in This Role
