We're looking for a Design Lead who will own and elevate the CustomerLabs website experience.

What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end design and continuous improvement of the CustomerLabs website. Plan and execute complete website redesign initiatives to improve usability, user engagement, and overall website experience. Design responsive, modern, and visually compelling web pages that align with the company's brand identity. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, Engineering, and Leadership teams to translate business goals into impactful website experiences.
Create intuitive information architecture, user flows, navigation structures, and page layouts. Design high-converting landing pages, campaign pages, solution pages, and website experiences that support lead generation and business growth. Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and UI standards using Figma.
Ensure consistency across all website pages while maintaining accessibility and responsive design best practices. Work closely with frontend developers during implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution and high-quality user experience. Review implemented designs and provide feedback to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
Analyze user behavior and website performance using analytics and user feedback to improve the website experience continuously. Mentor junior designers, conduct design reviews, and maintain high design standards across all deliverables.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Website Design, or Digital Experience Design. Strong experience designing or redesigning corporate, B2B SaaS, or marketing websites. Proven experience leading complete website redesign projects from concept to launch. Strong portfolio showcasing website design projects and responsive web experiences.
Expertise in creating user-friendly, conversion-focused, and visually engaging websites. Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and developers. Strong understanding of responsive web design, usability principles, accessibility, and modern UI trends. Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
Ability to lead projects independently while mentoring junior designers. Design Leadership & Team Management Define and maintain design guidelines, processes, and best practices. Ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality output across the team. Lead and support a team of designers through coaching, feedback, and clear ownership.
Focus on skill development, accountability, and consistent delivery. Facilitate structured reviews and critiques focused on user outcomes. Align design priorities with product goals and delivery timelines. Contribute directly to critical UX problems while guiding the team. Ensure leadership oversight without micromanaging execution.
