Director, Loss Mitigation

The Loss Mitigation Director plays an important role in the organization by overseeing several activities related to the company’s Loss Mitigation functions.  Manages and develops direct reports through setting objectives, coaching, feedback, and reviews.  Oversees productivity of direct reports and monitors reports to ensure department efficiency and regulatory compliance for Loss Mitigation.

Assigns work/projects related to area(s) of expertise and supervision. Ensures business processes are conducted in a timely, accurate and compliant manner in full accordance with established investor, company, state and federal guidelines and regulations.
