Senior Human Resources Consultant

At James Moore & Co. we are seeking a Senior HR Consultant. In this role, you will operate as a trusted executive advisor and fractional CHRO, helping clients navigate some of their most important people and organizational challenges. One engagement may involve redesigning a compensation strategy. Another may focus on organizational structure, succession planning, workforce capacity, leadership effectiveness, or helping a company prepare for its next stage of growth.

Success in this role requires a passion for delivering meaningful results, executive presence, strong business judgment, deep HR expertise, analytical capabilities, and the ability to quickly assess client needs and translate them into practical, effective workforce strategies in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
