What You'll Do

Be the go-to partner for clients — serve as their primary point of contact, keeping communication timely and resolving issues quickly. Make things better — spot opportunities for process improvements, cost efficiencies, and happier clients. Keep operations humming — manage order flow, backlog, inventory, and forecasting with precision, and ensure pricing and invoicing stay accurate.

Turn data into decisions — analyze KPIs and use SAP ERP and business intelligence tools to sharpen performance. Tell the story — build reports and presentations that keep internal and external stakeholders in the loop. Collaborate across the board — partner with finance, logistics, and operations teams and jump into cross-functional projects like new client onboarding and supply chain optimization.

Lift others up — mentor junior team members and help the whole team win.

What You'll Bring

5+ years of customer-facing experience and 5+ years in pricing and invoicing. Hands-on SAP ERP experience (UPS WorldShip is a plus). Confident with Microsoft Office 365 — Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. A background in business, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred. Sharp attention to detail, strong data interpretation skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Great communication skills and a professional, adaptable, can-do attitude. High school diploma or vocational education required; post-secondary education preferred.
