Metropolitan at the 9 Hotel Job Description Job Title: Centro AM Server Reports to: Centro General Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary: Brings customers food and non/alcoholic beverage orders and completes currency transactions while performing the following duties below. Other duties may be assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greets guests with a pleasant smile and providing superior customer service. Sets tables according to type of event and service standards. Takes orders and answers questions/offer suggestions on menu selections. Records transaction in point-of-sale system at time of order. Checks in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage.

Presents accurate check to guest(s) and processes payment. Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day. Cleans and sets up tables/rooms. Completes all open/closing duties before clocking out. Weekend availability is a must Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
