For a long-term transformation project with a client in Vienna, we are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Operations Support Specialist (m/f/d). The role focuses on ensuring business continuity and providing operational support to the One. Shop Squad during an ongoing transformation. You will support daily e-commerce operations across One.
Shop and the existing legacy webshop, maintain relevant product and campaign data, and help ensure that commercial activities are executed accurately and on time. You will work closely with business stakeholders and the wider project team to support smooth day-to-day operations, identify operational issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and ways of working.
Conditions Location: Vienna Start: ASAP Duration: 12 months+ with an option for extension Capacity : 100% Working model: Hybrid, 2 days per week on site in Vienna Project language: English
