Clinical Dietitian (Hybrid)

The Clinical Dietitian Plans, directs and provides nutritional care to acute care and rehabilitation  patients as well as on an outpatient basis.  Develops and implements a plan of care based on an assessment of nutritional needs and correlation with other integrated members of the Health Care Team for hosptial patients and rehabilation center patients. Counsels individual and families in nutritional principles, dietary plans, food selections and adapts plans to the individual’s life style for inpatients and outpatients.
