Seasonal General Worker

Description: General outdoor cleanup and some moving of materials Job Summary: Help to maintain walkways, building entrances and steps Weeding, weed-whacking, small grass cutting, rake and otherwise maintain grass around building and parking lots, pick up trash and police play areas for hazards (pick up broken glass, debris, etc.)

Moving mulch and other general materials as needed Qualifications: This person shall (1) be a U.S. Citizen, (2) be a vocational, trade or high school graduate, or have completed the G.E.D., (3) possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving record, (4) have the ability to read and write the English language at the 8th grade level.

Ability and desire to learn total job function. Ability to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions. Physical ability to operate various maintenance equipment. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
