A Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related discipline is required (ABD will be considered if all degree requirements are completed by September 1, 2027). The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, as well as the interest and ability to mentor students both inside and outside the classroom.

Candidates with experience teaching undergraduate chemistry courses and involvement in undergraduate research are encouraged to apply. Job Description : The successful candidate will teach a variety of undergraduate Chemistry courses. Ohio Northern faculty in the College of Arts & Sciences teach 23-25 credit hours per year.
