Class A CDL Driver

$75,000+ Annual Salary | Monthly Bonus Opportunities | NO WEEKENDS Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team. This position offers a consistent route structure with daily deliveries to the Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin areas. Drivers can expect no overnight travel and no weekend work, allowing for a strong work-life balance while maintaining full-time hours.

Schedule Start time between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM , depending on daily route requirements and customer stops. Typical workday is 10-12 hours . Consistent routes with established destinations. No overnight travel. No weekend work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Secure loads in accordance with DOT regulations and company load securement policies. Follow all DOT requirements regarding truck weighing and weight compliance. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and accurately document findings through Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR). Ensure all required delivery documentation, logs, inspections, and paperwork are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

Operate commercial vehicles safely and professionally while adhering to all federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Maintain a high level of customer service during deliveries and customer interactions. Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record. Ability to meet all DOT physical and licensing requirements. Strong attention to safety and detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical Requirements Ability to perform load securement activities, including handling straps, chains, and binders.
