Project Manager (C&S) Office Location:

• Tai Seng Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm Salary and Benefits:

• Construction sector, specializing in Addition & Alteration (A&A) and Building Works Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning: Develop and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, and budget efficiently for successful project execution.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and implement measures to address and mitigate them.
• Contract & Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to contract terms and comply with relevant regulations.
• Quality Control: Oversee project work to ensure it meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and progress reports to management and clients.
• Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and manage the budget to prevent overruns.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues that may arise during the project.
• Project Handover: Ensure successful completion of the project and proper documentation for handover. Job Requirements:
• Experience working with main contractors in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on-site. - 1-3 years of working experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
