Our Vice President of Enterprise Partnerships is one of Kelly's most consequential leadership positions. This role owns Kelly's largest, most complex enterprise accounts, carrying full strategic accountability for a high-value portfolio.

This role is best understood as an enterprise growth role with meaningful relationship development and leadership at its core. The VP sets the long-range vision for each account, maps and pursues untapped opportunity across the customer's organization, and drives decisions that shape Kelly's enterprise-wide competitive position in the market.

Success requires the ability to lead without direct authority via collaboration and influence with internal stakeholders across the enterprise, supplier partners, and cross-functional peers to align around your shared strategy. It is the expectation that the VP builds and maintains the highest level of portfolio customer knowledge within Kelly and drives each account with a "One Kelly" mindset.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Account Ownership & Commercial Strategy Hold global, enterprise-wide strategic accountability for a designated portfolio of Kelly's largest and most strategic accounts, with ownership of revenue targets, margin performance, and growth trajectory Define and execute multi-year account strategies across the entire Kelly Enterprise; not just renewing business, but fundamentally expanding Kelly's footprint and relevance within each customer organization Lead the full commercial lifecycle: from strategic planning through expansion, renewals, and upselling, functioning as both a strategic advisor and a closer Translate financial and operational data into compelling, customer-ready narratives that make the case for deeper investment and partnership Influence & Stakeholder Leadership Operate within designated customers as a trusted advisor and senior relationship owner at the C-suite and senior manager level within customer organizations, shaping decisions around total talent management Build a web of influence across external customer stakeholders, supplier networks, technology partners, and internal Kelly account teams and leadership, earning credibility through expertise, follow-through, and strategic insight Mobilize and include internal partners (delivery teams, practice leads, solution architects, and operations) toward customer outcomes by inspiring alignment and accountability across functions Champion customer needs internally and Kelly's capabilities externally, serving as the connective tissue between what customers require and what Kelly can uniquely deliver Proactively guide customers through labor market shifts, regulatory changes, and workforce trends, positioning Kelly as a thought partner, not just a vendor Whitespace Mapping & Growth Expansion Conduct rigorous whitespace analysis in conjunction with all BUs, across each account to identify unmet needs, underserved business units and adjacent opportunities where Kelly can create new value Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline of expansion opportunities, surfacing where Kelly currently operates, where it does not and where it should Partner with customers to challenge legacy workforce assumptions and introduce innovative staffing models that unlock new categories of revenue opportunity Connect customer strategy to Kelly's full solution portfolio to position Kelly as an indispensable workforce partner across the enterprise People Leadership & Influence Lead and develop high performing, enterprise-wide account teams, setting a culture of accountability, ambition, and industry excellence with a "One Kelly" mindset Establish governance frameworks and performance standards across all programs within the portfolio Set clear, strategy-aligned performance goals and provide direct, timely coaching that drives results Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences: Minimum of 12+ years leading large, complex staffing or workforce solutions accounts with full strategic responsibility Experience building senior-level customer relationships that evolve from vendor to strategic partner Demonstrated ability to grow accounts through disciplined whitespace identification, internal collaboration and opportunity development Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity; able to provide clear direction and steady leadership under pressure A natural sense of curiosity Proven track record of connecting with and influencing C-Suite and senior level customer stakeholders in all functional areas (HR, TA, Procurement, etc.)

Proven track record of influencing and collaboration with internal cross-functional stakeholders without direct reporting authority Deep expertise in total talent management and workforce strategy Strong commercial instincts with the ability to analyze financial data and translate it into strategic action Exceptional executive presence and communication skills; equally effective in a boardroom, a delivery team stand up, or an internal leadership forum The annual base pay for this position is listed below.

Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location. $156,150.00 - $208,200.00 Total compensation package including benefits as applicable to the position – understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs focused on your total well-being.
