• Leasing on components of anchor and junior anchor lease deals Review and provide comments on other legal documents Soft Skills/Behaviors: Strong communication, negotiation and writing skills Detail oriented, intelligent, and organized Positive attitude and professional demeanor Team player High sense of urgency and flexibility Technical Skills: J.D. and admitted to practice in NY 5+ years of experience as an attorney in the shopping center and/or retail industry Proficient in negotiating leases with national, regional, and local tenants Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro The expected salary for this position is between $160,000 and $210,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
