BDC Sales Representative Full-Time | Reports to: BDC Manager Title: BDC Representative / Inside Sales – Base + Bonus, $38K–$70K+ Potential Job Summary North Freeway Hyundai/Genesis of Spring is hiring a BDC / Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound internet leads, phone calls, and chat inquiries — no cold-calling strangers, these are people who already reached out to us.

You'll be the first voice or message a customer gets, and your job is to turn that inquiry into a confirmed, shown appointment.
