Customer Support Representative

Fives Landis Corp is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team in Concord Twp., Ohio. At Fives, we are all driven by a common calling, to prove that industry can do it! Hours- Monday-Friday 8-4:30p Pay- $18-$26 (rate offered will be commensurate with experience) At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose.

Your role

Serve as the primary customer contact via phone, email, and in‑person communication Manage the full order lifecycle, including order entry, quotes, shipment coordination, and order expediting Process customer and distributor orders accurately using SAP (ERP system) Track and follow orders from quote through shipment, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to resolve issues and meet customer expectations Provide professional, timely responses to customer inquiries and service requests Maintain detailed documentation and ensure customer data accuracy BENEFITS: 12 paid holidays 401(k) matching Medical

We are seeking someone with a minimum of a High School diploma, 2-4 years of B2B customer service experience, manufacturing or industrial industry experience preferred.
