Driller 1

The Driller is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of an oil and gas drilling rig during drilling activities. This position directs and coordinates the daily work of the drilling crew, operates drilling equipment and controls, monitors drilling parameters, and ensures compliance with company policies, Cal/OSHA regulations, and environmental requirements.

The Driller is accountable for maintaining operational efficiency, protecting personnel and equipment, and responding to changing drilling conditions while promoting a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
