Pay:

Salary of $55,000-75,000 annually based on experience.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR OFFICE OPERATIONS LEAD

In this full-time role, you'll oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and consistency. You'll monitor workflows, address issues as they arise, and implement solutions to improve performance. You'll guide team members, set expectations, and ensure accountability across all functions. By maintaining strong systems and clear communication, you'll help support both the team's success and a positive patient experience.

Schedule:

In this position your schedule would be 8:00am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:00am-2:30pm on Friday.
