Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2026 after gaining firsthand experience as a State Farm team member. That experience gave me a strong foundation in the business and helped shape the type of agency and team culture I wanted to build. Outside of work, I’m married with two kids and enjoy staying active, especially playing pickleball.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
