Project Controls Manager

PMA has an opening for a Project Controls professional at multiple levels to work as part of a Project Management Team (PMT) at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). This is a senior-level role responsible for supporting and leading cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting activities across all phases of project delivery.

This position supports project performance through cost and schedule analysis, stakeholder engagement, risk identification, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires advanced project controls expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage complex projects while collaborating with project teams and clients.
