Assistant Director of Student Success and Engagement

As part of a diverse community of faculty and staff representing many faith systems and worldviews, Marian University-Plymouth is seeking qualified applicants for an Assistant Director of Student Success, who will promote our Catholic Franciscan mission and identity by leading and assessing initiatives that advance student transition, engagement, academic achievement, persistence, and retention.

The position oversees New Student Orientation, Academic Commons support services, academic coaching and early intervention, special-population initiatives, and basic-needs resources.
