Job Summary

Supervises, schedules and coordinates the work activities of all kitchen employees in preparing and dispensing of food for hospitalized patients, staff and visitors. Job Requirements Minimum Education Requirement: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Minimum Experience Requirement: Three years work experience in a hospital dietary department; experience in working with modified diets or chef experience preferred.

Excellent customer service skills required. Minimum License Requirement: Food Safety Certification required within 6 months of hire. Valid California Driver's License required.
