Product Manager (Conversion)

We are building XTB – a global investment company offering innovative technological solutions that allow our clients to effectively manage their finances in multiple ways. All of this within a single, intuitive XTB app already used by over one million users worldwide! We are a certified Great Place to Work company. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our Conversion Check team.

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of post-registration client verification and onboarding journeys. Working alongside a cross-functional engineering team (backend, mobile, Salesforce, and AI/Data) as well as operational KYC specialists, your primary focus will be scaling automation, reducing friction, and leveraging AI to build a fast, compliant verification experience.
