Procurement & Logistics Officer

Summary This position is dedicated to managing the end-to-end procurement and logistical operations necessary for organizational success. The role ensures the efficient acquisition of goods and services while overseeing inventory control, transportation coordination, and the maintenance of critical assets. Responsibilities

Facilitate the purchasing process for various goods and services required by the organization. Source competitive pricing through supplier quotations and maintain effective communication with vendors. Organize and update comprehensive records of procurement activities and supplier information. Arrange logistics related to transportation, event venues, equipment, and necessary supplies.

Oversee inventory levels and safeguard organizational assets. Monitor the status of deliveries and manage all logistics-related operations. Verify that all purchasing activities strictly follow established procurement protocols.

Requirements
