Part-Time Morning Cleaner – Galashiels

Location: Channel Street, Galashiels, TD1 1BL Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour Hours: 5 hours per week Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday Start Date: ASAP Contract: Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting for a reliable Part-Time Morning Cleaner to work at a High Street Bank in Galashiels. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity working three mornings per week, providing 5 hours of regular work.

Working Hours Monday: 9:00am – 10:30am – 1.5 hours Wednesday: 9:00am – 11:00am – 2 hours Friday: 9:00am – 10:30am – 1.5 hours Total: 5 hours per week Duties General cleaning throughout the site Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors Cleaning office and customer areas Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities Wiping and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints Emptying bins and disposing of waste Replenishing consumables where required Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the building Requirements Requirements Due to the nature of the banking environment, successful candidates will be required to complete the necessary pre-employment checks, including: DBS check required No credit check required Valid Right to Work documentation Previous cleaning experience preferred Reliable and punctual Comfortable with lone working Comfortable acting as a key holder and operating an alarm panel where required Able to commit to all three weekly shifts Candidates will also be required to use a telephone-based time and attendance system to clock in and out.
