We are looking for SIOP Demand Planner to join our team at Bobcat.

As a SIOP Demand Planner at Bobcat, you’ll play a key role in connecting commercial insights, finance, and supply chain planning to support accurate forecasts and strong business decisions. You will help drive the monthly SIOP process and contribute directly to forecast quality, business alignment, and operational performance.

We’re looking for someone who: Builds and maintains demand forecasts across different planning horizons and levels of aggregation Prepares clear reports, analyses, and presentations to support the monthly SIOP process Works closely with commercial, finance, supply planning, and other stakeholders to gather the right input and align on the demand outlook Reviews historical trends, identifies key demand drivers, and evaluates forecast results to support better decision-making Helps facilitate monthly demand planning meetings and ensures follow-up on agreed actions Contributes to continuous improvement in demand planning processes and forecast accuracy What sets you apart: Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail Advanced Excel skills are a must Comfortable preparing reports and working with large datasets Good communication skills and confidence in cross-functional collaboration Organized, proactive, and able to manage recurring monthly deadlines Fresh graduates are welcome if they bring strong analytical ability and motivation to learn What you get in return: Attractive salary added with the annual bonus scheme and regular salary increase Contribution to pension of 3% gross salary after the probation period Meal vouchers 25 days of paid leave Flexible work hours according to the company policy International working teams (colleagues from 32 different countries) An opportunity to be a part of a global market leader Personal and professional growth through career development, training, and education.
