Process & Shop-Floor Improvement: Assist engineers in implementing continuous improvement, standardization, and quality routines across the Snack manufacturing area.

Productivity & Workflow Projects: Support productivity and process optimization projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Digital Transformation & Communication: Drive the plant's digital journey by developing interactive educational content, onboarding assets, and training solutions to foster a connected and digitally fluent workforce.

Training & Skill Matrix Support: Collaborate with teams to track skill matrices, support on-the-job training programs, and assist with qualification system developments. More about this role Job specific requirements: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Food Technology . Strong passion for continuous improvement, manufacturing excellence, and digital solutions.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-moving FMCG environment.
