• Every Friday 8am-4:30pm 16hrs bi-weekly - supporting our Hospice St. Cloud team The Spiritual Counselor position is responsible for providing spiritual care, guidance, and emotional support to patients, families, and team members. This position is responsible for assessing spiritual needs, offering pastoral counseling, and supporting individuals through illness, transition, grief, and loss. This position is also responsible for collaborating with care teams, families, and community faith resources to promote holistic, person-centered care that honors each individual's beliefs, values, and spiritual journey.
