Mammography Tech - per Diem

General Summary Perform routine mammogram procedures. Works under the supervision of the Lead Mammography Technologist.

Essential Duties

& Responsibilities Consistently arrives at work on time and adheres to regular work schedule. Perform routine mammogram procedures. Perform needle location procedure for breast biopsy. Perform Stereotactic breast examination. Maintain accurate ACR records. Monitor and maintain equipment. May require occasional travel to other TTC radiology locations.

Other Essential Duties May Include but Are Not Limited To Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Required: Consistently arrives at work in appropriate/professional attire. Completes all tasks within established time frame. Adheres to all clinic policies and procedures. Holds current certification as a Radiologic Technologist through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) , with recognized post-primary certification in Mammography.

Holds a valid state Ohio Radiologic License issued by the Ohio Department of Health. Seeks appropriate tasks when primary tasks are completed and assists co-workers as needed. Demonstrates adaptability to expanded roles. Maintains current BLS/CPR certification.

Education

Certificate or Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology. Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience as a Mammographer.
