Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Full-Time Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Facilitator (CADC/LCAS) to join our team in Whiteville, NC. What You'll Do

IOP Facilitator functions primarily to provide services to clients, which include but are not limited to co-facilitating/facilitating psycho education groups and facilitate psychotherapy groups Establishing client aftercare plans, and initiating and maintaining contact with family members Maintain accurate and up to date referral sources Maintain a therapeutic environment and promote appropriate and healthy interpersonal behavior.

Collaborate with the team to develop treatment goal plans in collaboration with consumers and monitor progress towards goal completion What You'll Bring Skills: Knowledge of therapeutic practices, group facilitation techniques, as well as problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis. Licensure/Certification: CADC required or Provisional Licensure preferred: LCAS-A accepted as well.
