Experience Hospice RN/LVN

Meaningful work driven by hearts We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Hospice Registered Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse in San Angelo and surrounding areas to provide skilled nursing care to patients and families in the home setting. The RN/LVN will assess patient needs, manage symptoms, administer medications and treatments, provide education and support, and collaborate with the hospice interdisciplinary team to promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted RN/LVN license in the state of practice. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
