Project Safety Coordinator

The Project Safety Coordinator functions as the department’s on-site, project-specific safety professional responsible for the uniform application of construction standards and regulations. The Project Safety Coordinator is a hands-on position in which the main duty is to ensure that the company is in compliance and adheres to Jaynes policies and guidelines as well as OHSA standards to reduce work-related injuries and provide support in accident prevention including, but not limited to, job site and equipment inspections, onsite training, investigating and authoring incident reports, and providing information on safety standards and work techniques.
