Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and direction to maintenance technicians and coordinates maintenance activities to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. The position is responsible for executing preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities; improving equipment reliability and uptime; developing maintenance team members; and ensuring maintenance work is completed safely, effectively, and in accordance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
