I/DD Lifesharing Specialist

I/DD Lifesharing Specialist Monday – Friday, standard business hours (with On Call rotation) Hybrid remote / mobile / in office position Ken. Crest is seeking a Lifesharing Specialist to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in various counties throughout Southeastern PA (Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Philadelphia) As a Lifesharing Specialist , you will be responsible for the oversight and support of I/DD individuals in a family-style Life Sharing arrangement.

This is done by providing an array of support to the individual by managing and attending medical appointments, facilitating monthly meetings with the Life Sharing family, providing financial oversight, personal advocacy, documentation and care plan implementation in compliance with State (PA Chapter 6500) and Program regulations, and much more!

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services (or related field)
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience working with individuals with I/DD
• Experience working with families and person-centered planning, preferred
• Experience working with State (PA Chapter 6500) and Program regulations, preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements IND123 Annual
