REPORTS TO General Manager SCHEDULE This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position.

Hours may be different every week and schedules are not set or guaranteed. Respond to questions—know where to find information if unknown to you Clear, clean, set and re-set tables with complete place settings (silverware, glasses, dishes, and napkins), and as needed Exercise care with all restaurant equipment, dishes, silverware, and glasses to ensure minimum breakage Maintain cleanliness of the dining areas and common areas (tables, counters, equipment, restroom, and floors) at all times During any down time, proactively assist other team members or as requested by manager Notify management of any comments, suggestions or complaints from any Guests EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE High school education is required; Hospitality or other degrees are a plus The ideal candidate will have 1+ year previous experience in a Busser position, but it is not required PHYSICAL Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
