Patient Access Manager

The Patient Access Manager will oversee remote patient access operations across multiple healthcare client partnerships, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality patient experiences.

This leadership role manages supervisors responsible for patient registration, insurance verification, prior authorizations, and appointment scheduling. You will use operational data, performance analytics, and AI-powered tools to identify trends, improve productivity, and ensure service-level agreements are consistently met.

Working closely with senior leadership and client partners, you will support new client implementations, operational launches, and continuous service improvement. You will coach and develop leaders, establish accountability, and implement scalable processes that support organizational growth.
