Responsibilities

Lead the design of new products from concept to launch Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies and roadmaps Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback on design projects Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Ensure design consistency and quality across all products and platforms Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or a related field 8+ years of experience in product design Experience leading design teams and managing projects Strong portfolio showcasing design work for web and mobile products Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
